Citizenship for Sri Lankan refugee spouse and Indian born children

08-Oct-2023 (In Immigration Law)
I am an Indian citizen married to a Sri Lankan refugee wife who arrived to India in a boat. Our kids were born in India and during their birth she had a valid Sri Lankan passport but not a visa. I am planning to apply citizenship for my spouse and passport for our kids through citizenship by birth section 3. Please advocate.
