Applying for citizenship of India and right to employement by girl

Girl born in Thailand was in Delhi for 2,-3 years on study VISA and has got married to a Hindu boy in July 2019 and marriage is registered under Hindu Marrige Act in Delhi in Sept 2019.What further she is supposed to do to get right to employement in India and obtain citizenship if India based on her marriage to an Indian born boy .What document and procedure is required .
The girl have to apply to the Ministry of Foreign affairs and through ministry she has to submit all the documents to the Thailand and to Indian ambassy after proper verification and long trail of documents the work is completed, normally it takes about 30-45 days in the whole process and the cost of whole procedure cost around 40-45k.
