Aapki query samajh mein aayi. Sirf Nikah ho jana aur Bidai (Rukhsati) na hona apne aap mein Talaq ka adhikar khatam nahi karta. Agar aap Muslim Personal Law ke tahat Talaq lena chahte hain, to uska ek kanooni aur sahi procedure follow karna zaroori hota hai.Agar doosri party Talaq ke liye razi nahi hai, tab bhi har case mein unki sahmati anivarya nahi hoti.
