Will avoiding counselling impact Domestic Violence case

18-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi Sir, I do not want to join counselling (family court) again (yesterday it was my first counselling and the next schedule on 25.01.2018) since we are convicted in a false DV case and that case is under sub-judiciary. Now my first priory to absolve the entire allegation made. Please advice.

Firstly The best way to absolve is to convince them who brought allegations against you and a counsellor can do it better as a middleman.
Secondly if don't attend nothing will happen but matter will sift to the Judge for hearing.
Thirdly both the cases are different and in different courts with different claims hence very few chance to effect each other.

Dear client,
As for your information you convicted in DV case.If you are aggrieved in order of lower court then you can file appeal before higher forum. in second on dtd 25.1.2018 fixed for counselling.no problem if you appear in counselling as because counselling is a ist step before contesting in a case in family court. In counselling process the counselors role only to convince both parties for reunion and the counselor did not go beyond the consent of the parties,so i suggest you dont avoid counselling. if you want to lingering the case then you do no join and take time for adjournment.
Thanks ....

If you file a restitution case us-9 and pray to combine boyh the case for hearing.Counselling is a process where you can ventilate your views and on that basis report vwill be placed.Defend the DV case as usual

No law is not like that it will effect upon your defense . But the court may take it as adverse remark . It depends upon the court but if you have sufficient ground of defence then avoid . For better suggestion please contact with me
