Wife refusing to stay with me and my parents

Hello Sir/Madam, I am a newly married person just before two months I am from Muslim community. My wife stayed with me in my home for only 3 days after marriage. We were together only for 10 days totally. Before marriage, we already told that she will be staying in my hometown with my parents for 2-3 months and later will take her along with me at my workplace. We also told that I will be returning back to my hometown within 5 to 10 years to settle with my parents. Before marriage, they agreed for all but after marriage, they are saying that my wife should be staying only in cities and also away from parents. My in laws, wife abused me very badly when I asked to take her to my hometown. When I called her through mobile and asked her to come, they abused and dropped ugly msgs to me. My in-laws were saying my wife has to stay only in cities and without my parents, and if we agree then only they will send my wife to me else no. Plz, help me how to proceed.
Your question is insufficient. You are from Muslim community but you did not tell whether your wife from which community? Further if you told everything in oral it cannot be taken into consideration as evidence. But you can file a Petition before the concern court for Restitution of Conjugal rights to join with you along with your parents and if she rejects, you can file a Divorce Petition before the concern court as per the Honourable Supreme Court Judgment if the wife rejected to live with your parents, you are eligible for divorce.
