Wife of karta wants to gift her personal property to HUF

Stamp duty and registration charge of gift deed of property to HUF by the wife of Karta? i.e. the wife of karta want to gift her personal property to HUF at the time of HUF formation.
Stamp duty depends on the value of the property and in my opinion without detail discussion proper consult is not possible. Let me know the person who is donating to whom then I will help you in this regard.
