Wife Not Coming Back Home , More Than 3 Month Over

My wife is not coming back home since more than 3 month over now, my wife blocked my number and her parents stopped receiving my calls, shall I put advertisement in newspaper for asking my wife to come back home. If I do this, any legal action she can take against me ?

You cant do papaer publication for the family matter. Better you issue a legal notice under restitution of Conjugal Right under the same you can mention the issue in detail and direct her to come back to your life.
If she failed to come back file a case under restitution of conjugal right before family court.
