Wife left husband and mentally retarded kid

After the marriage of 13 years, wife left the house of husband alongwith their 6 yrs kid (mentally retarded) and is living with her brother from last 15 days. In past also, she left and returned back after 2 months with her relatives. Her mother in-law (cancer patient) and father in law are also living with them from last one years.She are creating nusense and quarreling with her husband from starting just after marriage and taking consultation from her mother.Now a days, she doesn't want her in-laws in the house and her mother and brothers are provoking her to do such activities to separate in-laws from their son.Husband is alone looking after his parents and two kids and doing his job also.She did cruel behavior with parents in absence of husband.Please guide.

if you want to get back of your wife and want to live with her then your shall have to file petition in under section 9 of hindu merriage act. file the petition and dispatched the court notice to your wife present address after that wait for her reply if she not reply then court may order against your wife to live with u

first of all you have not cleared you are looking guidance for husband or whom. of it is husband them husband and wife should go for a counseling session with advocate. if wife is not willing to live with husband , he can file for section 9 car to recall her wife back with the help of court. still if it is not successful then he should ask for children custody and later for Divorce. further contact us for detail information.
