Wife is staying with their parents from past 1 year.

After my marriage she stayed with my parents for 2 months then she went to parents then she came after 2months we stayed separate then after 2 months she went to their parents house because she was pregnant . Then till now she was staying with their parents and now she want to come back . What should i do now
