aapko Talaq ka kis file karna hoga Session Court mein Itna ka mukadma Dayar kar Sar aapka pesh karna padega tab uski upsthiti ke liye PC jaega aur vah upsthit hokar apne jawab Degi is Prakar aage gavahi aapko Talaq ki jikri milegi ho sakta hai aapko Talaq mil jaaye Talaq ke case kharij ho jaaye to aap uske upar ke Court mein bhi appeal kar sakte hain thank you so much
