What to do if there is a property dispute among the brother and sister

18-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My father died in 2013. They are 2 brothers and 3 sisters including him, one of the sisters died recently. My grandfather died in 1983. My grandmother died in 2005. My father took care of my grandmother and grandfather when they were alive. My aunts(Father's sisters) want to give their share to my father, now us(My mother and siblings) being their brother's family. But the other brother is not agreeing to it. He wants to have 2 parts of the land (since there are only two brothers). He doesn't want to give the share to sisters. But the property has names of my mother and my siblings, my uncle(father's brother), my aunt's (2) and my deceased aunt's children. What should be the course of action if property divided by number of children(5 parts.) We want 4 parts (one my father's and other my aunts'(they want to give their part to us)) and only one part to my uncle. Please suggest.

first of all tell me in which city are you based?
where is the property based?
where is your father's sister based?
and if possible come and see me in my office as such things cannot be discussed online.
and after that dont forget to bring the papers of your property ( whichever you have) and also the will if any.
