What to do if husband is physically and mentally torturing

It was some problm which was created by mother in law and i give some time to my husband to solve and said to take me from my parental home but he did not come and puja came me and my mother went their house to gave some gift they start quarrel then called counciler after that they threw me and my mother out from their house after that he switched off the phone i tried to conveniences many way but he just ignore me.he put his phone off if we call him.pls suggest what to do.

First You will go for GD to near police station. Then u will go for 498A, domestic violence act, maintenance case and other criminal cases against him and his family . Lastly go for restitution conjugal right. Further assistance you can contact with me.

File domestic violence alongwith your mother against your husband and his family members. It will serve them right and also lodge 498A against them and it will give you and your family remedies as well as they will taught a lesson.

In my opinion at first you can file a complaint to the local police station. And you can file a domestic violence case to the court in this regard. And without detail discussion proper consult is not possible

Simply go to PS and narrates them.all n make an fir against in-laws follow procedure step by step in court n make maintenance case on them so that u get yr monthly allowance per month after u decide whether u want to stay with in-laws or not

See sister, lets make the matter clear from the beginning! The more interference from your in laws bigger the problems. You need to sit with your husband and resolve this, neither your nor his relatives will jump between. After that you can definitely take legal recourse, but it should be your last attempt. If possible you can take the help of a common friend to contact your husband. Because I don’t think that this is the correct time to teach your husband a lesson under legal means.
