the validity of an unregistered will

Is unregistered WILL valid? even if the WILL is properly written with 3 witnesses?

Yes. Unregistered will is valid. According to law the registration of the will Is optional.
So there should not be any problem for unregistered will.
The validity of the will cannot be questioned on the ground of its registration.

yes, unregistered WILL also valid at least 2 witnesses must be signed other wise not valid,and the same you have to prove before court of law, you must check whether subsequent will is there or not cont advocate...further details

Registration of will is not mandatory.It is valid if the testator/testatrix has executed it will free will and consent in the presence of latest 2 witnesses.However a testator/testartirx can execute any number of wills during the life time. However on my the Last will shall prevail.
Will comes into effect on my the death if the testator / testartirx .

Yes Its Valid. The primary aspect of a WILL to be legally valid is 2 persons attesting witness to the will when the testator signs in their presence. Will need not be registered. A will which is not registered is valid if it is signed by at least two attesting witnesses.
