sir in case like this you can file a criminal complaint of forgery against your son if you want to get your money back . if you don't want to give any share in your property then you can diswow (baedhakal) your son. For procedure please meet so that I can explain you the procedure. after that we can get your will registered or get a gift deed registered.

I have perused your query and would advise you to file a complaint with the police authorities for forgery and other relevant sections of IPC. You can also file a suit for declaration thereby declaring the rental agreement as null and void.

Sir, as you have mentioned that your son has transferred the money without your will and knowledge to his account, therefore you can file a complaint for breach of trust as well as dishonour by the partner. Also for making the rent agreement you can come a complaint for forgery.

Please file complaints with all concerned departments for rectification of records. You can also file complaint in respect of fraud and forgery of your signatures. You should issue notice to all tenants informing them that any agreement in respect of your properties with your son have no validity, and ask them to vacate the properties (tenants should approach you and also pay rent to you).
