Son trasfered my money from my ac wichout my will

My son and me was working together in business..he has transfered all my money from my firm current ac and saving ac to his ac ..without my will making my fake signature..and has registered his gst number on many of my properties making rental agriment..ow what action can i take against him..as i do not want to give any share in my property to him.

you can file a criminal complaint of forgery against your son if you want to get your money back .
if you don't want to give any share in your property then you can diswow (baedhakal) your son. For procedure please meet so that I can explain you the procedure.
after that we can get your will registered or get a gift deed registered.
