Signing Bond on matrimonial issues

I am a Bengali boy going to marry a Marwari girl.their family want my family to sign a court paper where it will be clearly mentioned that the girl will have no connection with his family.
What could be the pros and cons of singing the bond
Such pre-nup documents are invalid in india, secondly neither can you guarantee that you will never have a fight with your wife ever on any topic, that moment such agreement made shall be used against you in the court of law and false cases will haunt you. Its better you wait for sometime.
