Second Marriage after wife death

Hi my name is Harshavardhan 31 male hindu from adoni, Kurnool, AndraPradesh, my mom passed way in last January my father is going to do second marriage at the age of 60 without my acceptance, but i don't like this marriage because the other ppl marrying my father only for the house but he is not realising this fact. If he marries that other person will they get rights on the house? And the house patta is on my mom's name. Kindly help me through this thank you.
it seems that the house property is a patta. so patta properties your father cannot execute any document. infact here your father and yourself are having rights over the property. infact patta properties no document can be executed.
