Right of granddaughter in will of grandmother if father has expired

I m living separately from my husband since 18 yrs ...n i have a daughter she has turned 18 nw ... my husband has expired 8 months bck can my daughter file a case for a property against my mother in law's will.. my mother in law is alive ..

Hello,

You may file a case but 1/8 share will go to your mother in law, If she agrees and gives you a consent, you can get a share. All legal heir get share. If your husband does not have siblings the share goes only to you, your daughter and the mother. You may contact us if you need help.
