I have file divorce petition against my wife i want divorce but she is not attending court regularly what to do in this she demand maintainance also but court has rejected her application, but now i want to start my life by one side n case will b going on , can i do this ... Please suggest

Hello,As you state she isnt appearing and the court has rejected her application for maintainance, she will have to appeal in order to try the application again. It is suggested you wait for some time so you are done with this legal hurdle. I also suggest you may go ahead in life and not worry about this! It shall eventually fade off!

I want to know can I file a concent divorce without lawyer if yes what is the procedure.

Q: Getting separate from husband and want divorce from him

I got married in 2011 it was love marrige bt difference in caste so i faced so many problems while adjusting in dat family i have 2.5 year old son. In this time period i hav compromised so many things bt now i cant. And i m in contact with another man for my further life. I have asked for divorce to my husband. There is no physical or any domestic violence in my married life bt i was nt happy with him. I want to ask that is this decision of getting separate will b beneficial for me or not...my child is living with me now

Hello, you may proceed with mutual consent divorce under sec 13B under hindu marriage act! If you dont wish to be into bitter fights. If he objects you will have to go for contested divorce! Send him a legal notice and intimate your intent asking him for amicable solution!



Q: Non refund of token amount by the builder

I had paid Rs.33,000,00/- (Thirty three lacs) to a reputed builder having their H.O. at Thane (W) towards booking of a flat in their in 95% completed project in Thane itself in the month of April 2019. Total cost of the flat is 2, 30, 000, 00/- (Two crores & thirty lacs). It was decided to pay 33, 00,000/- towards the booking which I had paid as stated above and rest of the amount will be paid out of selling out my old flat latest by July 31,2019 failing which deal would be cancelled. Builder had issued receipt for said amount and a MOU on Rs.500/- stamp paper (NON NOTORISED) was signed thereof between me and the builder in which it was stated that the entire amount towards the flat would be paid by me latest by July 31,2019 else deal will be cancelled and said amount will be returned back upon selling said flat to the third party. Unfortunately I could not sell my old flat within said period. I informed builder accordingly vide my email that I could not sell my old flat within stipul

Hello, you must send a legal/demand notice to the builder claiming the amount! If he fails to pay back within stipulated time, you must file a recovery suit against him in RERA or civil court! Even if the contract is not notarized, it is signed by both the parties and is valid!



Q: Disconnection of Water Supply due to non payment of Maintenance

My society association have disconnected water supply due to non payment of Maintenance dues. The issue is that the amount i am being charged as penalty is very Huge. Despite the fact that i had made payments prior which has not reflected, and some disputes with regards to the penalty being charged. I tried to reach out to the accountant which is always not available. Since now they have disconnected my water supply what are my options.

You can proceed to file a police complaint and case in civil court for such malacious act. The society cannot terminate your water or electricity connection for non payment of maintenance amount.
