I Sana Tasneem stays in Rajabazaar nadesar varanasi 221002, suffering from illness since last 10 months and father keep on torturing inspite of severe illness and use to mentally harass my mother and sister, my mother is suffering from High blood pressure and sister is suffering from depression.We want legal protection as my take my reports and prescription from me so, that I could not have any evidence for treatment and illness and he also supports us financially, we use ask for money our Nani

Hi good morning. Sana ji you can take relief from Hon'ble Court but some formalities according law you will give an application in your nearest place office that is FIR. It will investigated by an officers and large a litigation under IPC section. You can call me for further assistance please.

You have written in your problem that you are ill for the last 10 months and your mother is also suffering from high blood pressure and your other sister is also often ill and you are financially weak and you are living with your grandmother. She is living only with moneyIn such a situation, you should file a case of domestic violence against your father and if he does not pay you the expenses, then all three members of the family should prepare a case against your father under Section 125 CrPC for maintenance

ma'am if your father is kept torturing you despite your illness and file a police case against your father and if the police did not take any action then approach the court to get your case registered. and if he is not supporting financially to your mother she may file a case of maintenance.

Hello miss Sana u & ur family in a horrible condition. Which type of ur father real or step? plzzz collect ur all reports of doctors and meet the ssp of ur city with ur mom & sister. Ssp may be help ur family in this condition. If u want file a case on ur father then plzzz consult with your nani.
