Name- madhvi(girl 21 yr) i m in relationship with a boy and i want to marry him but due to my relationship some of my relatives (father , uncle ) they keep torturing me nd put me in a house from 4 years i can't go anywhere without their will nd sometimes when i disagree for marriage they beat me nd last year on about 8 or 9 june my uncle poisoned me luckily i got saved due to my sister but that routine of threats nd mental harassment continues everyday . I just want to leave this house nd do some job untill my boyfriend got a job and also become legal for marriage (he is 19 now ) is their any way that i can leave my house nd my family jst stay away from me .is there any law against parents in india ? can a girl file complaint against parents ?

Assalamualaikum, first of all both parties will be major and there original documents such as adhar card, high school certificate, are must for this procedure. Nikah is must, this nikah read by maulvi who will be registered. 4 witnesses must. After it file the suit in court on behalf of documents and girl consent marriage will be successful.

Hello ma'am, u want divorce or gold with amount. first u filed a case of 406 & 452, 323, 324, 504, 506 IPC after receiving ur money or gold then file divorce case. Both cases have take time just like 1 or 2 year. so don't worry and take action.
Q: Husband not appearing in DP, DV, cases
Filed Dowry, DV, 125, 494 cases on husband nd in laws. His parents got bail one day before court hearing and also appeared next day but husband didn't apply for bail neither came next day with his parents. He also refused to recieve summons and now court is again sending summons to him instead of BW. Why he is hiding from hearings? Why he is not recieving summons where he lives with his parents who r appearing in court? How many times court allows non recieving of summons as it's 2nd time.
