किसी अविवाहित व्यक्ति ने मुझसे कुछ रु ब्याज पर लिए हैं आने वाले कुछ दिनों बाद उसकी मृत्यु हो जाती है और उसकी सारी जायदाद उसके भाई को मिल जाती है तो क्या इस परिस्थिति में मैं अपना पैसा वापस पा सकता हूं। उस व्यक्ति द्वारा लिखित रूप से मेरे पास प्रमाण उपलब्ध है की उसने मुझसे पैसा उधार लिया है।

जी हां । ऐसी स्थिति में आपको पैसे के रिकवरी के लिए अलग से एक सिविल वाद दाखिल करना होगा उसके बाद कोर्ट समस्त तथ्यों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए पैसे वसूलने के आदेश उनकी संपत्ति से दे सकती है । और आपके पैसे मिलने के पूर्ण संभावना हो जाती है ।

Q: Fraud by lawyer with law rato client

A high court Allahabad advocate was contacted by me on law rate site 3 years ago. I HAVE PAID approx 2 Lace till date. But he is still not seeing my case being it is serious nature. Woman harrasment. To whom I report this matter of fraud by a lawyer.

Such type of practice by the respected advocates should not be done. however if you have any issue with them you may obtain No Objection on vakalatnama and you should engage other lawyer for your work.

Q: Legal Heir Certificate, Succession Matter

Hi,My mother passed away in 2014. I am the sole heir.I applied for a legal heir certificate from the local tehsil & they issued a negative report that they could not verify the information (because they were not bribed by me). My inheritance case has been pending since 2018 in NOIDA court and there are no other heirs. The ads were sent out in court asking for any objections and obviously none were recd. Mother had made an unregistered will. Please advise

you need to file an petition before Hon'ble High Court seeking direction to decide the case expeditiously in accordance with law withing reasonable time period as prescribed by the Hon'ble Court. after that your case will be decided as soon as possible.

Kagaj me khatouni me 1bigha 4 kattha zameen hai .. mauke per khalihan aur Naveen parti kabja kiya uske sate Mera gher hai ab court me dawa kr rakha hai ki Mera zameen kam hai aur humara ghr gira rha hai .. sahab mai chamar hu aur wo bhut badams muslaman hai

आप उपजिलाधिकारी को एक प्रार्थना पत्र सभी तथ्यों के वर्णन के साथ दीजिये । और यदि उपजिलाधिकारी कार्यवाही नही करते है तो सीधा जिलाधिकारी को अपनी समस्या बताइये । वहां से भी समाधान ना होने पर आप सीधा हाई कोर्ट आ सकते है ।

Q: Domestic Voilence and maintenance case

My husband is serving in Indian army and i am research scholar. We are not living together since the day of our marriage (2 years ago). He use to get one month leave three times in a year and usually spend nights in hotels or at his relative's place. He is involved with other woman but i dont have any proof and also involve himself in gambling activities. I dont want to be with him anymore. He doesn't take any responsibility and he has hurt me mentally and physically.

if your husband is not living with you and you wish to get the divorce from him then there are two ways to get the divorce. first is mutual divorce second is contesting divorce from your partner. you may proceed accordingly as per your consensus with the you and your husband.
