Q: Buyer not sharing the sale deed copy

Hello Sir/MadamI recently sold my flat in Ghaziabad via GPA while i was abroad. I need the sale deed copy for the Capital gains calculation and filing the ITR. The buyer is not responding to my calls. What is the quickest way to get the copy on my own ?RegardsHS

if buyer is not ready to provide sale deed then either you may apply for the certified copy of sale deed from the registrar court itself vis a vis you may send legal notice to buyer for not cooperating in the matter.

महोदय मेरे खेत से सटा सरकारी तालाब की जमीन है जिस पर अवैध कब्जा है जिसकी शिकायत मैंने जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर की थी जिससे कब्जा करने वाले व्यक्ति पर यूपी राजस्व संहिता की धारा 67 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया जिसकी सुनवाई 2 वर्ष से चल रही है पर कोई निष्कर्ष नहीं आया मैने इसकी शिकायत तहसील दिवस में भी की परन्तु कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई अब मेरे पर कानूनी तौर पर कौन से विकल्प है और मैं उनका कैसे प्रयोग करु कृपया मेरा मार्गदर्शन करने की कृपा करे धन्यवाद

आप माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में इसके संबंध में जनहित याचिका दाखिल कर सकते है । जिसके बाद माननीय उच्च न्यायालय संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करके धारा 67 की कार्यवाही में आदेश पारित कर अतिक्रमण हटाने का आदेश पारित दे देगा ।

Q: I want to get information of a case filed by my husband Vimal Kumar ya

My husband and his family have files case against me in Lucknow district court. Summon was issued on my village address, where no one is living. My permanent address in my documents is of delhi and I am currently working in sitapur in Kendriya Vidyalaya. So Summon was returned 2 times by the postoffice with reason-door locked. So without any information i want to know the details of the case.

Q: Non registration of flat even after 5 yrs of possession

Hi sir, i have a flat in Greater Noida which is yet not registered by the builder even after offering possession 5 yrs ago. All the charges already taken by builder during possession and now they are denying to do registration and saying we cannot afford registration .. get it done by yourself. So whats your recommendation.. should i file case against builder or get the registration done by myself. I am not that financially strong that i again pay so much money. Please advise.

first of all you should send legal notice to builder asking him to get registry done in your favour. In case he fails to discharge his legal duty then you should approach State Consumer Dispute redressal commission Lucknow.

it totally depends upon the facts and circumstances of the each n every case . if your case is fit on legal and factual ground then you should definitely go to the Hon'ble High Court for quashing of the FIR and in future this will also help in getting anticipatory bail.
