Q: Mental and physical torcher by husband and in laws

I am a KV teacher and my husband is an SO in MHA. My marriage was through matrimonial site without any dowry. But once marriage is done, my husband and in laws (MIl and 5 SILs) started taunting me about dowry and started saying bad about my late mother, my father, my sisters and brothers. Often my husband beats me. Whenever we are arguing in our room my in laws come inside my bedroom and starts yelling at me... I am facing a lot of mental stress.

sure you may initiate the matrimonial cases against your husband and in laws similarly if you both do not want to live together you may discuss with him to file the mutual divorce before the competent court of your district concerned.

Q: I am Smt. Santosh Gupta, Officer Scale I need Anticipatory Bail.

I am unnecessarily involved in a bank fraud case took place at my branch by my senior officers. An FIR has been filed against me and others on 15/08/2025. For which I need anticipatory bail urgently. Please advise and help.

Over two years I have been harassed by my family members and neighbors to force me into “marrying” the son of a BJP Politician.I started living separately, and installed CCTV cameras at my residence.On 5th July, the CCTV cameras were hampered . A mob of 11 people surrounded me with the intention of forcefully handing me over to . I have left Aligarh.The police has not filed my FIR & my lawyer and NGO love commando whom I paid 90k has no case file number for the protection order.

okay . now if you want protection order from high court and there is a procedure which needs to followed by a person before approaching high court for the purpose of protection order and as such you should comply the instructions given by us then will file the protection case before the high court.

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding my electric connection. I have been a consumer of electricity for over 25 years with an unmetered domestic connection of 2 kW. you challenge the FIR along with the any notice before the Hon'ble High Court and certainly the Hon'ble High Court will look into the matter and same may be quashed by the Hon'ble High Court after hearing the parties.

Q: Court Issued Legal Heir Certificate

My mother passed away last year and she has some shares and mutual funds in her demat account . I want to get them transferred to my father's account and hence need a court issued legal heir certificate or a succession certificate.
