यदि पत्नी साथ रह रही है तो आप उक्त मुकदमे को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में चैलेंज कर समझौते के आधार पर रद्द करवाया जा सकता है । मानीय उच्च न्यायालय समझौते के आधार पर किसी भी मुकदमें को रद्द कर सकती है । यह आपके लिए बेहतर सलाह है ।

In a false 498A FIR related to dowry demand & cruelty after marriage against both my father & me, the IO sent a 41A notice on my whatapp for my father, but it had no date and asked for his signature. The IO is calling me solely to get my signatures and is pressuring me to come within the next 3 days. I dont have time to apply for anticipatory bail (AB). How can I protect myself without AB? if IO has given notice through whatsapp then you can record your statement through telephone or you may visit to the the office of concerned investigating officer where you can give him all the evidences which you have for the necessary action.
Q: Pocso7/8 . I m the accused . Please help
I am the accused in pocso7/8 . It's been 1 year but victim and informant is not coming to court for chief examination. They just did FIR and now escaping to come to court. Summon has been issued but still they are not appearing in court. Just because I am accused I am going through the trouble. My lawyer is also not taking any step as he only care about his fees and judge is only giving date. I don't want to go high court and pay another lawyer fees. Judge and lawyers are irresponsible

in such a situation you can seek direction from high court to expedite the trial of that particular session trial pending before the court concerned in a such situation the Hon'ble High Court shall direct the court below to expedite the trial within reasonable time frame.

do proper pairvi in your 498A case and along with that you may file 125CrPC and 12 DV against your husband and in laws. if you want divorce you may also file the same before competent court of your jurisdiction.

as per the information provided by you is cognizable offence committed by the brokers as well as the person who executed the sale deed in your favour. in this case you should immediately lodge an FIR against the persons and thereafter police may arrest them and sent them jail and if they do not want to go jail they will approach you to compromise the case.
