Remedy in case Own family doing violence to the daughter

I m 22 year old girl. My family married me against my choice with a old man and it was his second marrige. I retrun to my house by taking divorce. Now my family beat me brutally everyday, abuse me. I had a bf one year ego so my family things that i m wrong. I dont want to leave with them but they say me that they will file complain against my best friend Raj they thing Raj is forcing me to do this. I wanna leave them without creating any problem with me and RAJ so i should do
Dear mam,
as you are 22 years old, you can take any right step for yourself. Best of my knowledge You should complain against your family members who beat, abuse you to Nearest police station, SP, Magistrate, human rights commission, Mahila Thana etc. you can send registered complain also. You can also complain under Domestic Violence Act against your Family members. Section 3 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 states that what constitutes domestic violence according to which domestic violence shall include: -
(a) Threats to health, safety, life etc, whether mental or physical, including physical abuse, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse and economic abuse; or
(b) Harassmentthrough any forms such as harms, injuries to the aggrieved person by coercing her or any other person related to any unlawful demand for dowry or other property or valuable security; or
(c) Otherwise injuring or causing harm, through physical or mental means to the aggrieved person.
Secondly you asked for living the home , according to me you should fight as you have a right in your ancestral property (if any) and take a right step for yourself, in other hand if you are independent girl or working women you can do it.

Dear Client,
The best possible solution in the present case is get married with Raj. It can be done either through Court marriage or other way. In addition to it, you should file an informatory petition just to warn your family member. But if they continue beating you, you just have to either lodge an FIR in the police station or file complain case directly in the court.

Don't be panic. There are several law to protect you. Go to the nearest police station and narrate all the facts and request them for help. If they(police ) failed to respond file a complaint case . No body can stop you to live or get married to youe BF.
