Q: What are criteria of valid marriage as per hindu law

Sir let to be the two sisters like that X and Y. And son of X and grand daughter of Y loves each other. Is that possible to getting married each other. Pls suggest the best option.

Dear Client, In the present situation like this, the marriage is not the valid marriage because as per Hindu Marriage Act, from mother side, you can't marry for next three generation and from father's side, you can't marry for the next five generation.

Q: What is the procedure to file for divorce when wife is mentally ill

My brother want to file a divorce against his wife, she is mentally disturb, she often becomes violent and start quarreling with them. But we don't have any proof. There fore, can we keep detective for proof. Her parents had hide from us about her mental illness.

Dear Client,In the present situation, your brother can file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty if yoj don't have a proof for her mental illness. The divorce petition can be filed under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

Q: What to do high court rejected my writ petition for land encroachment

Dear Client, In the present scenario, you have an option to go for second appeal i.e. LPA (Letter Patent Appeal) in the High Court. Second Appeal is usually filed where some kind of question of law is in question involved in your case.

I'm Akash singh age: 26 and payal singh whome I love age: 20 we both want to marriage my family is agree but payal's family not agree because of she's my father's sister's husband's brother's daughter means (Fufa's brother's daughter). is it blood relation or illegal? her parents forcing her for arrange marriage and she had suicide attempts 3 times because she wants to marry with me. but her family don't care if she suicide they are treating both of us that they will kill us. her parents treating, beating abusing and torturing her so that she can change her mind but she can't. she will suicide. please assist me what should I do and who will help us please...thanks a lot. Dear Client, In the present scenario, as far as tourture is concerned, the sufferer has to lodge an FIR in the local police station against the person concerned. Second thing, there is no illegality in marrying with the girl you loved. You can marry with the girl as she is not directly related to your father side.
