My cousin brother sold the residential plot land from front side of a plot, so i want to know can my family cancel the registration of sale deed of that plot or not.We comes under HINDU religion.

you can file a title suit for declaring said sale deed void, null ab initio and not binding upon you. you can also file an fir against your cousin and the purchaser for committing fraud upon you and your family

Q: father has an illegal relationship leads to my mom death.

I am 30 years old having two sisters and one older sister is married.Just two years ago my mother passed away in a suspicious condition and father told me that she had an serious heart attack. I am mostly staying outside because of my study and currently doing Phd.After my mom death,my father behavior totally changed towards me and my sisters.they didn't take care me and my younger sister.my father has illegal relationship with an anonymous woman and he waste whole salary on her,he didn't care about anyone and he also stop all the financial support to me and my sister.whatever we are today i am, just because of my mom but today my mom is not here and my father is responsible for her death because he always tortured her.Plzz give me some suggestion..Religion: Hindu

as you are a major you cannot claim any maintenance amount from your father but your unmarried younger sister is entitled to claim maintenance amount under section 125 of CRPC and also all of you have rights in your ancestral properties and you can file title suit the death of your mother is concern you can file a criminal case against your if you have any evidence with regard to that.

Hi my name is Parinita Priya. I'm married and a working women. After completing two year of marriage my husband had Extramarital affair with his office colleague and I have caught him red hand .... you can file a informatory petition against your husband and in laws prior to moving with him stating all the facts. but its quite difficult to say about future. so you should think carefully prior to moving with your husband.
