Regarding family house property to be given to my father or uncle

29-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
Hello I am dipanjan Sengupta from Kolkata. My father, mother and sister are living in our house which was made on 1996. The house was made by my father but in the name of my grandfather. We have proof of documents like bank transfer slip, old letters, grandfather retirement PF slip, etc which clearly states that the house has been made by my father only. But now he is denying to write the property in my father's name and saying he will give it to his younger son (my uncle). Is there any way to stop it?

yes if your father has made recorded payments it will be easier for all of you to stop the same and even seek for refund of the money, moreover it is not easy for anyone just to pass off the property, detailed history and minute facts are important to know as why such situation arised and what negativity can arise
