Even if you have lodged a complaint earlier, you can lodge a compliant now also. If at all your husband doesn't want you, let him go to court for the relief he wants. mean while you can go ahead with the 498 A and Dowry prohibition act .

you have to approach Domestic violence officer and they give counseling to him even after not changed his attitude DVC officer file a case against him, under DVC you have a several rights and also the hon'ble court give order for your protection.cont advocate

sir/mam i have married last year and i have one baby 3 months.. my husband is torturing me for more money.. this is senond time .. first time i have put 498a case .. he comprimised.. but agian he started doing the same.. and i went police station an dhusband saying he dont want me any more.. i msged him for being good but he us not replying and he said he want to settle using money. please suggest how to proceed.. You can file a Domestic Violence Case before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer of your area for the torture for money from you in stead of he has to provide to maintenance to your baby. Either you can directly complain before the Revenue Divisional Officer of your area or through an advocate prepare a complaint against your husband and his family members.

Madam,

You cannot force your husband to live with you when he does not want to live with you, especially when you filed 498A against him. However, you can reopen 498A if you wish to proceed again against your husband legally. You can also file domestic violence case against your husband. As you have a baby of 3 months, claim maintenance, residential order and protection order against your husband through domestic violence case. Apart from this, you can also file maintenance case u/s 125 Cr.P.C and claim maintenance for yourself and your kid.
