Please suggest legal advice

13-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
My friend has 2 broken relationships. Now her parents have found her a guy and she is getting married in a month. One of the guy is threatening and blackmailing. Even his family is not taking care of the situation. In this context, can she take the signatures of him and his family from both the guys on a document stating that any disturbance will not be caused from them to her and even if they try to commit suicide then it is not because of her. Because, she is facing a lot of threatening and blackmailing and I do not think suicide should be blamed on anyone. Please suggest the procedure for this

yes you can make a memorandum of understanding if he agree to terms and conditions you put in MOU and is ready to sign on it then you can make an MOU as agreed by both of you mutually it should be drafted very carefully.
