Need Papers of a Raid carried out

Hi,
Currently my mother in law is going around with a guy and we have caught her red handed but no proofs. My father in law has passed away. Everybody knows that my mother in law was part of a prostitution racket before.
Many people claim that she was caught in a raid and then it was printed in a paper as well. But this is long long ago. Probably 15-20 years ago. We need the proof that she was caught in a raid. Can we get those papers from the police or whosoever concerned as she is threatening us as well as telling us to get out from the house.
Please advise.
