Need advice for Mental Harassments by Father in law

Dear Sir/Mam,
I just want to know if the father in law is harassed me mentally by taunting every day and force me to go out from his home What action I need to take??
and should I need move from that house as he poke me every months or every few days.
I am in marriage of 10 yrs with his son. I am in stress and this torture increasing day by day.
