My wife left me from last 8 months.give legal advice.

Mein(37 yrs) aur meri wife(36 yrs) 8 mahine se alag hai,hamari shadi 3 dec 2017 ko hui hai aur woh 12 may 2018 se apne ghar par hai.baar baar bulane par bhi woh nahin aa rahi hai.shadi ke baad se 10-10 din karke woh 1 mahine apni sasuraal mein rahi hai.meri patni aur uske pariwaarwale mujhpar sawaab daal rahe hai ki apne pariwaar se alag ho.aur mein apne saas sasur ki seva karu.woh mujhpar aur mere pariwar par galat aarop laga rahe hain.ab woh log court mein case karne ki dhamki de rahe hai .Kya koi court case ho sakta hai aur mujhe kya karna chahiye.
आप सबसे पहले कोर्ट में सेक्शन 9 HmA में आवेदन दे लड़की ने जो आपके समाज से त्याग किया है कोर्ट डिक्री कर लड़की को आपके साथ रहने का आदेश पारित कर सकती है।तथा साथ ही sp को आवेदन दे कि आपको दहेज या अन्य कोई मामले में झूठा फसाए जाने की आशंका है
