my in laws not allowing me into my home

instead of minor miss understandings between me and my husband my mother in law is not allowing me into my home saying either me or my husband will die basing on astrology . now i wanna live with my husband what shall i do ? please suggest me

send her a legal notice as you are the wife so its you and your husband home she cant force you go out of the house. let your husband also come in your support or atlast if she wont listen then there are so many legal way to help you out.

hi if you want to live with your husband then you could petition for restitution of conjugal rights to stay at matrimonial home and you could also file petition for residence under domestic violence act seeking direction to reside at your house

Restitution of Conjugal Rights - (Right to stay together) If either the husband or the wife, without reasonable excuses, withdraws from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may approach the Court for restitution of conjugal rights.

madam I've gone through your query and according to my observation it is mentioned that either of spouse would die according to astrology is wrong and thereby we can file a case for rcr against your mother in law and claim your rights under hindu marriage act 1955 .
