dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as you have filed divorce what reply he has given that has to be seen and if he has filed section 9 you can file your reply in that if you want to live with your husband as he has filed because it's for restitution of conjugal right for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents

As you told that you are being abused and ill-treated by your husband and your husband has filed a section 9 case to bring you and you have filed a case of domestic violence and maintenance against your husband You should continue both these cases and if you can prove anything against your husband, then you will definitely get success and you will also get the cost of domestic violence in maintenance.

first of all please clear are u still loving together or not, in this situation u must understand what's the reason behind yr husband wants divorce wid uh, if u don't wanna brk yr home u can file a application to SSP of yr distt where both of parties will be called and will be counseled, if he again beats u, u can report to p.s. under sections.
