What can my friend do in case where his wife FRI in women police again and again without his fault, ADR Court already give him clean chit but women police is not sending their report further troubling him, he has two son who also suffering in this prosess
You can ask your friend to meet higher police officials and complain about it. You can also tell your friend to approach high court and file petition under section 482 Crpc and pray to quash the FIR. It ll serve the purpose.
