Mental Tourch On My Wife By My Brother's Wife

My brother has filed divorce I section 13, his wife put fir I section 498a,504,506,313,377 which is completely false as the timelines mention in fir are false and I have evidence, now my brother wife sending letter to his office that he is having relation with my wife and society know etc which is totally fake. As after fir we have provide all the evidence to police. They are satisfied . And ask us to get bail on these ground with the help of these evidence . What I can do more to my brother wife as she is defaming my wife personally with abusive word around society. Everyone know who is correct but even then this is very hard for any female to service. If my brother wife is not able to maintain his marriage what we can do. Please suggest

your wife should move an application to the concerned Senior Police 34 defaming her wife main problem for you and your family and family in the society your wife can take strict action against her also for the FIR send me copy with the help of FIR I can suggest you more better for your further queries you can contact me

We can also initiate a Police complaint against that lady for abusing your wife and teach her a lesson in the best way possible. If you brother wants to take divorce from that lady, They both may file a divorce by mutual consent that will avoid to pay any maintenance to that lady. there is a remedy before your wife to file the defamation suit against your bhabhi and the remedy before your brother is to file the judicial separation of six months before the honorable family court

First of all you have to defend yourself. You have to obtain anticipatory bail or regular bail. It is also advisable that you may challange the F.I.R. by way of filing writ petition. After you defend yourself, you can initiate the civil as well as criminal proceedings against her for false prosecution by bringing on record your defence.
