Mental harassment by husband and inlaws

27-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
Hello sir/madam I Got married to a decent man in 2010. I had been working in a company untill i delived a babygirl in 2013. after my mariage they started taunting about dowry and about my looks and aducation. They invaded our privacy too so that we as a couple coudnt make easy n healthy physical relations. I resigned after delivery. Since then they have made my life hell. Mental harrasment. Restrictions on food. Taunts for having girl child. I got serious leg injury. Muscle tears with ligament injury. They didn't care.No proper medication. Currently me and my daughter is living with my parents. Husband sends money. Threat to come back permanantly or divorce. I have told him i would be back once my injury heals. I decided to go there in june for some days but then my husband denied me to come there.Recently i have got a summon stating that they have filed a complaint against me in family court. What action can i take now? I am pissed of by their behaviour and mental harassment.

As you have mentioned in your query that now your husband is also not interested to Continue the relationship as well as your in laws are troubling you and not interested in carrying on the relationship and they have filed a case in the family court against you. you will have to contest the said case and take certain more legal actions.

Dear client....
First of all don't worry you have also various remedies to enforce your right. You can also file a complain regarding demand of dowry and cruelity. If your husband refuse to live with you then you can file RCR for this purpose.
