Allahabad High court has stayed FIR & referred for mediation, how to go about it & in case if it gets failed than
Dear sir ,if meditation fails,then u will have to inform vourt that both couple does not want to live togerher ,and there is no any possibility to negotiation any more and wants divorce,then court will proceed for divorce accordingly
