Dear Sir, Maine Bina permission ke bhag kr shadi Kar Li thi, aur jab hum aaya tha tab hum dono nabalik tha Ab Hum baligh Ho chuke hai, aur Hamara ek 4 years ka baby bhi hai aur Hamara case Allahabad High Court mein chal raha hai aur hum Veena High Court mein Hazir Hua Apna case Khatam karna chahte hain kya Aisa Mumkin hai........sir PL give me the proper solution
yes the pending can be for the disposal if you and your wife both give a joint affidavit that you both are living a happy married life along with your child rest can be seen when will see your petition what facts have been taken.
