Well. the only way to seek a divorce through court of law, provided if you are willing to do a separation for ever. Otherwise go for a compromise talk with your elder family members with his parents. When you file a divorce petition you can legally claim maintenance for yourself and for your baby. Just think about it and let me know. Pl write to me if you need any clarification on the subject. Thanks.
1. You can file a Petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights for reunion if you are interested.
2. You can file a Divorce Petition for permanent separation and dissolution of marriage.

Hi,
Under such circumstances, you have to approach the court of law to dissolve the marriage. Also, you can claim alimony.
If he is keen to separate, then the marriage can be dissolved based on mutual consent.

You may apply for divorce and maintenance for you and your kid. Simultaneously you can file a complaint under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act also. Better to consult a lawyer personally.
