Q: Wife committed adultery filed divorce case now she gave birth to child

My wife is a central Govt employee who is leading an adulterous life with her colleague. On adultery basis i have filed a divorce case on her with other person as second respondent. She has been living seperately from me from date of filing the case. Now , they have a baby with them and birth has been registered with mother's name same. Case is just in starting stage only, but she gave birth to a child. now , if i intimate this to central government department, whether they will take any action as employer?

Q: Legal remedy against husband and in laws for torturing

i separated past 6 month for family qurrel n conflicts with my husband, I hv 7 month old baby, so far he didnt call me and I also didnt call him, I dont like to live with him because he used to fight me all the time when I was being with him, I terribly hate my married life, he likes to drink daily, going outing with his friends whenever he gets time, his parents also torturing me & they never point out his mistakes, instead they used to cursing me.. he never worried about me and my child.. in this situation, I came to.my parents house, what is the legal remedy should I seek?

Hi Sir/Mam, The person borrowed some amount from me. He has given the blank cheque only with Signature. I have filled and submitted at bank. Is possible to file the case if that cheque bounce. If anything wrong, please advice. its huge amount.
