my family side OK for marriage but opposite side priyanka family trouble because caste problem - Hindu MBC - Hindu BC and more one problem my age is 20 girl age 19 so register marriage applicable? or not applicable ?

Dear Sir - If 18 complete if you can get your voters rights but normally any one married normally 21 years completed is the best once because you finish your graduate level you are choosing your carrier easily then both family side easily approach both side get good jobs easily handle your life then finally parents also analyse both side finally accept your marriage at the time both are got good salary caste is not an issue easily both of you approach your marriage easily both of u wishess and congrats my side at your carrier and your life suggestion its my side decision its your side prove yours self both and finally easily got the solution both take care - KAMALAHASAN MOORTHY

Q: Wife committed adultery filed divorce case now she gave birth to child

My wife is a central Govt employee who is leading an adulterous life with her colleague. On adultery basis i have filed a divorce case on her with other person as second respondent. She has been living seperately from me from date of filing the case. Now , they have a baby with them and birth has been registered with mother's name same. Case is just in starting stage only, but she gave birth to a child. now , if i intimate this to central government department, whether they will take any action as employer?

Q: Legal remedy against husband and in laws for torturing

i separated past 6 month for family qurrel n conflicts with my husband, I hv 7 month old baby, so far he didnt call me and I also didnt call him, I dont like to live with him because he used to fight me all the time when I was being with him, I terribly hate my married life, he likes to drink daily, going outing with his friends whenever he gets time, his parents also torturing me & they never point out his mistakes, instead they used to cursing me.. he never worried about me and my child.. in this situation, I came to.my parents house, what is the legal remedy should I seek?

Dear Madam - Life is just like Otp (one time password) if normally both you and your husband both good affection your husband drinking is not a problem now a days many medicines many specialist clearly cure this issues or otherwise you did not truely like your husband finally goes to divorce only under (Marriage Acts), If both are you hate marriage life (u/s - 13b mutual consent easily get divorce) - KAMALAHASAN MOORTHY

Q: Received blank cheque and wants to know legal steps if it get bounced

Hi Sir/Mam, The person borrowed some amount from me. He has given the blank cheque only with Signature. I have filled and submitted at bank. Is possible to file the case if that cheque bounce. If anything wrong, please advice. its huge amount.
