Legal heir of a person who does not have any children

I am Hindu Person.My father has 5 brothers. they all got property from their mother property which she got from her father estate because she did not have any subling.My father and one of my uncle sold out their share of right in one of farming land but my question is that there is one uncle of me who did not have children or successor to claim his share in farming porperty then can i able to claim in this uncle share with my other cousin brother in the absence of "Bakshis Patra or will " and what happen if there is Bakshis Patra or will belong to my cousin brother

No, you can not claim such Share alone in the absence of Will or power of attorney. so the Share will be distributed as per the Existence of other heirs.
now question before me is that whether your uncle is still alive or not?
