Q: Having an extramarital affair with married woman wants to marry her

Hi, I am married man and having extra maritial affair with whome is also married female. we know each other since 1 yrs, we love each other and wanted to get marry, she run from her home 2 times, but her husband try to threat use about adultery and other legal cases. I have read about adultery. but recently I read the new that, adultery is no more crime now. she contact me after that. so we are have some hopes. but before I want to go further, I want to know what complication can come if she run 3rd time. they threat both of use by police case. I wanted to what are possible case they case put on me, and what are possible option for me.

Dear Client.Even though the Adultery is, not a Crime but Bigamy is the crime which you both may be charged with. therefore, in my opinion, you both must get a divorce decree first and after that, you can get married.

Q: Want to cancel admission but college not giving original documents

I am a 2nd yr physiotherapy student.i want to cancel my admission.i want my documents back.what should i do if they ask me to pay full fees for remaining years.College is not having full staff.that is the reason to cancel my admission

Dear Client, approach the nearest advocate and send a legal notice to the College administration.. after that they will return your document to avoid legal consequences. and if they still not willing to co-operate then let the advocate handled it.

Q: How to prove a notarized agreement is valid in the court of law

I have filed case under sec 138 & my case is on hearing stage . I have submitted all the evidence in the court but one evidence which was an agreement between both of us ,was not submitted at first stage but later on when I submitted this agreement in court , it was allowed by court on condition that I have to prove this document is genuine . Sir I want to bring it to your notice that this agreement is notary registered . so sir I have two questions . 1) How can we prove this document is genuine in court ? 2) can notary registaar help us in proving this document in court ? .

if at the time of Notary, both the parties were present, well, it is not difficult to prove the genuineness of the document only you have to submit it before the court and ask the opponent party and if he still deny the genuineness then you have to make an Application for summons to the Notary for appearance and present his Written notes and his oral testimony..that it..even if you get the true copy of that Notes from the notary then you don't need to make an application for Summons.

Q: Can someone file a complaint under sec 497 even today

Can someone file a complain under IPC 497 today, after supreme court strike down the section on 27th Sep 2018, for something that happened in past? If the complain was already logged but no hearing had happened than will Magistrate take the hearing or would the case be dismissed.

well, in this case, you or your advocate has to submit this judgment copy before the Magistrate. then this case will be dismissed. you have to bring it before this Magistrate that the SC established by the precedent judgment that S.497 of IPC is Unconstitutional.

Q: Regarding fake IPC 354 case on ME

One of the lady constable , constable.filed a fake 354 a on me..she has also previously filed like this cases on other people....I'm professional...i don't want to get into it... kindly guide me

Well, it is the cognizable offense..so if you didn't commit the offense u/s 354 then you don't need to worry, you have to hire an advocate who will protect you in case of arrest. and after that, if the case goes on then you have to defend yourself so strongly and after that, we will initiate a Criminal case against such Lady.
