Hello all, I have one question that myinlaws are doing same tantra mantra and i got proof for that too,my husband is involved in that too,he has stopped giving me money also ,we have 4year kid too,since 6 months we are not talking ,but i know this he is under influence of his parents ,i dont want divorce but then he has sent me a notice for family counseling and that is ok with me,i have one important question when i feel unsafe to live with my inlaws at there place does court will put pressure on me to live together even when i will show proofs against them.

न्यायालय आपके उपर साथ रहने का दबाव नहीं बना सकती आप न्यायालय के समझ अपनी बात रक्खे , अगर फिर भी रिलीफ नही मिलता है तो आप उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष रख सकती हैं Court can't force you to live together You put your point in the understanding of the court, if you still do not get relief, then you can put it before the High Court.

No in case the court can send the matter for mediation but not force the wife to live within same persons. whom she has alleged grave allegations. As far as you do not wish to Live with in laws you can convince your husband to get his share in the house where you are residing.

hello madam aapke husband aapko pareshan kar rahe hain aur aapke Sasural Wale Bhi aapke Pati Ka Sath de rahe hain Aisi paristhiti mein aap sabse pahle Ek Prathna Patra Apne area ki Mahila Thane Mein dijiye jisse ki aapke Sabhi Sasural Walon vah pati ko Talab kar yah poochha Jaaye ke Aakar Aisi kya vajah hai Jo Hua Sabhi aapke sath Aisa behave kar rahe hain.
