Is this section 323 504 and 506 are compromisable what is the right way to finish this all sections? I m student is this effect my career??

You can finish these sections through the court. Next you feel that you have not committed any of these crimes, you have been falsely implicated, then under Section 227 crpc, you can put a discharge application in the court if the court feels that you have The court will discharge you if a wrong case has been made

जी हां एफआईआर होने पक्षात आप एफआईआर QUASH करवाने के लिए उच्च न्यायालय जा सकते हैं,एफआईआर quash के किए चार्टशीट आने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं ही,अगर आपके विरुद्ध लगाए गए एलिगेशन गलत है तो आप उच्च न्यायालय जाएं

अगर इंसोरेंस कंपनी पॉलिसी जेनरेट नही कर रही है तो आप, उपभोक्ता फॉर्म जा सकते हैं,जहां आपको रिलीफ मिल सकती है।या 482 सीआरपीसी में उच्च न्यायालय भी जा सकते है।उच्च न्यायालय भी आपको रिलीफ दे सकता है।इंसोरेंस कंपनी को पॉलिसी देनी होगी तत्काल

Q: पुलिस की गबाही कोर्ट मे मान्य होती हे क्या

सर पुलिस ने मुझ पर 420/419/467/468 लगा दी ओर एक फर्जी पुलिस के कार्ड की फोटो कॉपी लगा दी । न तो कोई पब्लिक का गवाह हे।न कोई 420 या गलत करने का सबूत। क्या पुलिस का खाली आरोप लगाने से मे दोषी करार हो जाऊंगा। जबकि इन्होने FIR मे 28 को मुझे गिरफ्तार दिखाया। ओर मे 29 को दिल्ली से अलीगढ 151 का मुचलका भरने गया।पुलिस ने 28 को 420 मे गिरफ्तार दिखाया हे। जबकि उसी टीम द्वारा उसी जगह जंहा 28 को अरेस्ट किया दिखाया हे।29 को शांति भंग मे अरेस्ट दिखाया हे। मे क्या करू ।कोर्ट मे क्या केस करू।FIR क्वेशहो सकती ह

उच्च न्यायालय जा सकते हैं,आपकी एफआईआर quash की जा सकती है,अगर आपके विरुद्ध गलत एलिगेशन है तो आप तत्काल उच्च न्यायालय की तरफ मूव करें वहां से आपको रिलीफ मिलेगी और गिरफ्तारी का डर तो स्टे की मांग कर सकते हैं उच्च न्यायालय से

Q: In Laws And Brother In Law Unnecessary Summoned In 498a

If wife filled 498a and 406 against in laws and brother in law who lived in different state can their name be quashed by district court or high court before sending summons or do they also need to present for bail while summoning of lower court .On what groud court removes name of in laws and brother in law from these cases .

If you have any proof that your inlaws are innocent, then you can move dishcharhe application in court, after which if the court is satisfied that the allegation is false, then the name of your inlaws will be removed from the trial.
