Hello, Iam a sunni muslim from Hyderabad.
I would like to take advise for a "unique sistuation which Iam facing" from estemeed lawyers.
My self stay abroad with my husband and kids. As all knows Most trustworthy person on the planet is the MOTHER unfortunately, Since years Iam facing verbal and mental abuse from my Mother who stays in india.
She is jealous of my prospority,each and everything, She plays mind games no one even can imagine.
Next month I will be shifting to India and I don't even want shadow of her in my life.
My husband stays abroad and me and kids will be in India....Please guide me how should I get rid of her legally, I f I didn't do so I will die for sure by her verbal and mental abuse

Mother's respect and responsibilities should always be taken care by the children.
There may be some misconceptions, better had a counselling and let your mother say what she wants and don't want from you.
Filing a case on mother by a daughter is not morally good. Forgive your mother show generosity and excuse her.
