I Want Bring My Wife At Home

Dear sir/ madam...... I have done court marriage one year ago. But my wife have not told this at her home. She is trying to convince them for our marriage till now. But they are not accepting it and they are torturing her physically and mentally. Now I want to take order from court to bring my wife at home with security. My wife also want to take this step now. Please guide me that what steps should I take now to bring her back.

if you both are adult the marriage is valid and nobody can stop for live to live together so you can file police complaint against the persons who are stopping your wife if police does not act on your complaint then we can approach Court bringing her back and to provide security
