Then u should apply in court for the same. An advertisement in this regard should be given to local newspaper. The same statement must be given on a stamp paper and be published on a publice gazette.

You can file a civil suit for that amd you can seprate yourself from others... You can lay off your all rights if u want to... You have to file an civil suit for this.. I don't know what kind of problem you are facing right now but it seems that you are intent to leave your parents at a tender age which how are I do not suggest at this particular point of time and still if you are interested to leave your parents you are at your own will and can start to leave separately being major
