Statutory period of one month has also expired from the date of confirmation of\nthe delivery. None on behalf of respondent/JD has appeared. Ld. Counsel for\npetitioner/DH requested for issuance of conditional warrant of arrest against the\nrespondent/JD stating that despite having knowledge of the pendnecy of the\npresent execution petition, respondent/JD has not appeared.\nHeard. In view of the submissions made, conditional warrant of arrest against the respondent/JD be now issued for 28.08.2023.

A warrant has already been issued against you which is returnable for 28/8/23 or earlier on your arrest (as the case may be). Q: Caught drunk driving in gurgaon

I was caught drunk in gurgaon on april 2023.\nIs there a chance of imprisonment even for 1 day? My bac was 105. If awarded imprisonment can i appeal in high court?\nIs going to lok adalat an option?\n\nAlso does this conviction affect mu caeer or visa applications?

no it's a petty offence need not to worry, the maximum the court would fine you for the offence. No issues for your visa application too if you contest the case before court. feel free to talk with me on this issue anytime.

Q: Cheque bounce due to cheque stopped by the drawer

I hired a carrier consultancy for admission of my wife in md/ms course.He promised that she will get selected in mop up round at college level counselling...for this he took 5 lakh fee in cash. No seat was allotted to my wife in the counselling. When I asked for refund...he is not giving the money ...when I pressurized him...he gave me cheque of may in January 2023. When I encashed the cheque it got bounced. Kindly advice what should I do...

you would have to send illegal notice with in a period of 30 days from the date of Bounce of your check to a lawyer there by directing person either to pay the check amount within 15 days from the date of receipt of legal notice otherwise you are at your Liberty to file a criminal complaint for check bounce before appropriate code of law within a period of 30 days after period of 15 days of legal notice

I don't know what kind of problem you are facing right now but it seems that you are intent to leave your parents at a tender age which how are I do not suggest at this particular point of time and still if you are interested to leave your parents you are at your own will and can start to leave separately being major
