I lost my everything including my self respect because of him

Im a divorcee of 41 woman ...a man of 28 year love me and we married together But it was not any proof we marrired in a temple we both lived and our girl baby born on october 4 2021 , after my baby birth my husband Got affair with a girl of 24 years and he keep on beating me whenever ask anything about it and one day I saw his conversation to that girl and I left with my baby on may 2022 ...and last week he took my baby child From me and I want my baby back everything I lost by him

உங்களுக்கு வயது 41, 28 வயது ஆணுடன் காதலித்து திருமணம் முடித்துள்ளீர்கள் அதற்கான எந்த ஆதாரமும் தங்களிடம் இல்லை, உங்களுக்கு பெண் குழந்தை பிறந்தது இப்பொழுது உங்களது கணவர் வேறு ஒரு பெண்ணுடன் தொடர்பு வைத்துக் கொண்டுள்ளார் , பெண் பிள்ளையை எடுத்து சென்றுள்ளார்,இதிலிருந்து உங்களை பாதுகாத்துக் கொள்ள வழி இருக்கின்றது , விவரங்கள் தேவைப்படுகிறது விரிவாக பதிவிடவும்

As a mother you can claim the custody of the child. You have options to approach the court under the DV Act and relevant custody law also. You can file a Guardian OP seeking permanent custody or file a DV to get the custody of the child.
