Q: birth certificate date problem

My age is 30 I am from tamilnadu.Please i need a help, my Date of birth in my birth certificate is 20 March 1994 but my name is not added to the certificate.my father and mother name added to it but in my school, College certificate, pan , aadhar and voter id date of birth is 19 March 1994...is there any way to change date of birth in school and College certificate after 10 years.Now birth certificate is important for everything..what to do?

Hello sir,you can approach the District Corporation office or City Corporation office and they will provide you with the appropriate details to change your date of birth in your birth certificate provided you must have an evidence of your correct date of birth.

Q: My father in law and mother in law didn't allow me to live with hubby

I got married on 2014.. now had 2 girl child..my husband filed divorce case on cruelty basics.. at the time of hearing he spoke with me but my father in law never allow my hubby to talk with me and my children.he is saying something like blackmailing my hubby..also he used to scold me bad words..my husband willing to live with me.. but his parents not allowing him..what i need to do.. i filed DVC and rcr .. shall I go and meet with him in office and try to convence my hubby..

hello mam,being with your life partner is absolutely your choice you can always talk with your husband to get the things better. at the same time you can file a case under section 9 of Hindu marriage Act (if you are an Hindu) to reunite with your husband before the family court

Hello sir/mam,your daughter has every right to choose her partner since she is a major and whose is above the age of 18 years. but at the same time you can file a complaint against your daughter since she has hurted her own mother.

Q: I cant able to go to court physically what can I do bro?
