I’m a mother of 2 kids. I returned after 8 months to save my marriage but I'm still kept away from my children. I face daily abuse, threats, and insults from my husband and in-laws. Despite doing all housework, I’m blamed and mentally tortured. I want my rights as a mother, safety, and emotional support. Q: School is not issuing TC for my child

Myself and my ex husband got divorced through mutual consent on Feb 2025. We decided to have shared custody of our kid (weekdays with me and alternative weekends with him). Now when I want to change school of my kid to the place nearby my residence. But my ex husband written to school to not provide TC for unknown reason. Due to this letter, school is refusing to issue TC stating it needs both parents consent. How can I get TC from school now?

Q: I want to reply to legal notice

My husband and I were married one year ago and we used to fight often due to difference of opinion. He was asking for divorce from beginning, but I felt that divorce is not the solution, so I arranged for counselling and 2 session went smooth after that he went to his hometown for family function after which he didn't return and I constantly called him for past 3 months but no proper response from him. Suddenly I received legal notice from him to appear in court on 18 July. Now wat should I do?
